Do You Need a Guarantor?

Most landlords and letting agents require a UK-based guarantor. Without one, you may be asked to pay your full year's rent upfront. To help students navigate this, we've partnered with Housing Hand, which can provide a recognised certificate of rental guarantee, giving both you and your landlord peace of mind.

It's worth knowing that several of our student halls don't require a UK-based guarantor at all, allowing students to pay rent in convenient instalments instead. To find out which properties qualify and how to get started, reach out to our team. We're happy to guide you through the booking process from start to finish.

Romano court was a great place to stay for my first year of university. This is mainly due to the AMAZING support we got from the all the staff there. In particular Keneth is always smiling and brings such a positive atmosphere to our home. Always willing to help, and if you ever have any problems he will sort them out almost immediately.

One year in this accommodation gave me great experience being a student and having an independent life. When you live there you have a very friendly and supportive community of students and receptionists that are willing to help you and speak to you when you need it. The price for the place is very good (for students with a budget), nice sized rooms. Nice kitchen, two bathrooms and clean corridors. Their staff consists of receptionists, cleaners and maintenance so everything is tidy and productive. Personally I had a great year living in this place and met many great people! If you looking where to stay out of all unite student places, this one is considered VIP 👌

Romano court was one of the best experiences I had moving to London. The staff, shout out to Kenny, Derrame, Matt and the rest of the receptionist making my stay here wonderful. It’s good for the price and it actually feels like a community since you share with people and are more prone to talk than other dorms. Sharing the kitchen with 4 people is much more manageable than sharing a kitchen with 8-10 people on the same floor so you have a smaller cluster while still having a lot of people on the same floor without making it overwhelming. The staff made the few downfalls worth it. The bedroom is what you would expect, good enough for everything you need. A blank canvas to make it feel like your own and decorate it how you’d like to. -Sara-Ruth Segador 🇪🇸
