PREM was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I’m very detail-oriented and can be pretty indecisive, so I ended up asking him what felt like a million questions. He always responded quickly and provided thorough, detailed answers that really put my mind at ease. As an international student who wasn’t familiar with the accommodation process, I found Best Student Halls to be extremely helpful. I also noticed their prices were better than many other sites I looked at. I was recently helped by Krishnendu from Best Student Halls and his guidance throughout was amazing. From the start he made all the information incredibly clear and detailed, making it easy to navigate the booking process and understand all the different elements. He was kind and put all the information I needed into one place so it was easy to access. With the accommodation I had I needed a short and long term contract, so he arranged for me to have the same room for both so I didn’t need to move halfway through; this was very thoughtful and made it much easier for me. His communication was impeccable and I would absolutely recommend him due to both his technical and interpersonal skills.
