Aarti Yadav was amazing during the process of me picking my accommodation and finalising it. She was able to answer all my queries and was patient with me as I had endless questions. This person deserves serious recognition for her fantastic customer service! I am unable to communicate via phone and I was communicating via email which can be very frustrating and time consuming but they were very fast with there responses and were able to help me with everything I needed. I hope to be with the same person again when I apply next year as they were indefinitely resourceful!
