If you receive this notification after your tenancy start date, you remain responsible for rent payments up to the date you provide evidence and we confirm your release. No other cancellation requests will be accepted before or during the tenancy.
Finding a Replacement Occupier for your accommodation.
If you wish to end your license to occupy early, you may find a replacement licensee acceptable to the landlord. The new licensee will sign a new agreement, which may be at a different rent to match the current market rate.
Before we accept a replacement:
Once the replacement licensee has signed and paid, they will assume responsibility for all future rent and obligations. Until then, you remain responsible for the rent until the original end date.
Most landlords and letting agents require a UK-based guarantor. Without one, you may be asked to pay your full year's rent upfront. To help students navigate this, we've partnered with Housing Hand, which can provide a recognised certificate of rental guarantee, giving both you and your landlord peace of mind.
It's worth knowing that several of our student halls don't require a UK-based guarantor at all, allowing students to pay rent in convenient instalments instead. My second year staying here, reception staff and management couldn’t be more helpful and attentive, it’s a great place to live as a student. The accommodation has everything you need and the management team are quick to respond to any issues.

Still residing here. Very convenient and affordable place for students as compared to others. Surprisingly spacious!! Lots of events going on throughout the month!! Gym, theatre & games area available too..

This accom is nice place to live in. I love this Townhouse type, if you lucky enough you'll have housemates that feels like family, just like me. The only problem is for who are comes from tropical country, the heater doesn't make any effect, we're still freezing in the room, but it is warm in the kitchen.

Radford is the best place for a student in Nottingham . I stayed there for 7 months, it provides beautiful facilities and staff is friendly and helpful. Security is top notch. Miss that place!
