Receive booking confirmation: Retain the booking confirmation and payment acknowledgement. For the 2026/27 academic year, some properties may have a specific agreement-signing process while regulatory changes are finalised.
Complete pre-arrival formalities: Watch the induction video and book a move-in slot when Fresh contacts the student before the tenancy starts.

    Most properties require advance rent when booking. This is refundable if you cancel within the cooling-off period, your place is withdrawn, or you cannot get a UK visa. This advance rent will go towards your first rent installment.

    Do You Need a Guarantor?

      This is my second year living here, and overall it’s been a really positive experience. The building has great facilities, including a gym, communal spaces, a secure parking garage, a laundry room, and fast, reliable internet. The location is also really convenient – it’s directly opposite a Morrisons Local and a short walk to either an Aldi or a Lidl, about a 10–15 minute walk from NTU City Campus, and right next to a bus stop into the city. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the 24/7 security makes it feel very safe. Overall, I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, modern, and comfortable place to live while studying in Nottingham.

      This accom is nice place to live in. I love this Townhouse type, if you lucky enough you'll have housemates that feels like family, just like me. The only problem is for who are comes from tropical country, the heater doesn't make any effect, we're still freezing in the room, but it is warm in the kitchen.

      I’ve been living in the Diamond studio for four months now, it has an amazing sunset view. My experience here has mostly been a positive one. The room and toilet are very spacious and modern, compared to other student accommodations with the same price range. The front desk staff are very friendly, greet you with a smile, and are always ready to help. The location is conveniently located right in between City Centre and Jubilee campus (about 15-20 mins walk) with lots of different shops and restaurants in the area. The only down side I would say is that maintenance requests take a long time to be attended to, especially if they are minor ones.

      Radford is the best place for a student in Nottingham . I stayed there for 7 months, it provides beautiful facilities and staff is friendly and helpful. Security is top notch. Miss that place!
