I can’t recommend The Waterways enough! I absolutely love living here. My room is incredibly spacious and has such a nice layout, which isn't that common in student accoms. The entire environment is clean and friendly, and the staff are always welcoming and helpful. Any time I’ve had a room issue, it’s been resolved quickly and professionally. The location is just a 12-minute walk away from the city centre, so that's great too. Overall, a great place to stay!

Visited for a viewing today. It's a modern building which is what I am looking for. The facilities look great! Especially loved the study room and gym. The staff were very friendly and answered all of my questions. The rooms look stylish and are a nice size. Would recommend coming to see for yourself.

Was searching for accommodation for my daughter and came across this building. I spoke to the manager to book a viewing which they managed to accommodate on the same day! As a parent, safety and security is high on the list of priorities and this building did very well in this respect. Cctv, fob access and at least 1 member of staff is always present. The building itself is well maintained, clean and well equipped. The rooms are also the same. Pleased with everything and will be going ahead with booking. Thank you.

Fantastic student accommodation! The staff here are absolutely brilliant—always welcoming and ready to help with a smile. I had a minor emergency recently when I lost my key, and the front desk resolved it super quickly and kindly. The level of service and care they provide makes living here stress-free. Definitely recommend it to any students coming to study here!
