The beautiful rooms at the Clydesdale House are spacious, comfortable and exude a happy vibe. Upon entering, you will find a large bed present to welcome you. All the rooms at the Clydesdale House accommodation are accompanied by a designated study area that comprises a desk and a chair. Here, you can sit for hours and study or work on assignments. You’ll never have to worry about storage problems here since you’ll be offered plenty of it in the form of drawers, cabinets and cupboards! Ensuite bathrooms in every room will protect your privacy. For all your socialising needs, the Clydesdale House offers a common room where you can interact with your neighbours from all over the world. Here, you will probably make friends for a lifetime, share your experiences and even learn from them. The in-house laundry will never let you pile on your dirty clothes for long and motivate you to do your laundry regularly at the student accommodation Clydesdale House.
The bike storage exists so that you can safely store your bike without the fear of them getting stolen. You won’t be charged any additional amount, since all the bills are included in the final rent at the Clydesdale House accommodation.

There is also a large lounge, with a 50 inch TV and a huge corner sofa. There is also an additional common area located on the ground floor for use of all tenants. This means there is plenty of space to relax outside of your room. The block is ideally located in the heart of the Northern Quarter, which is known for it’s creative and urban heart and is home to countless independent fashion stores, record shops, cafés, bars and restaurants. It also has the added benefit of being 5 minutes from the Arndale Centre, which means that all the amenities Manchester has to offer are right on your doorstep! Both the University of Manchester and Manchester Metropolitan are a short bus journey away.
