Cancellation Policy:
You can cancel within 14 days of signing the contract (before 1st August) or within 24 hours if after. After that, you’ll need to wait for a replacement tenant to be found to be released. When you re-let, your deposit is refunded minus any charges, and there’s a £50 contract variation fee.
Do You Need a Guarantor?
Most landlords and letting agents require a UK-based guarantor. Without one, you may be asked to pay your full year's rent upfront. To help students navigate this, we've partnered with Housing Hand, which can provide a recognised certificate of rental guarantee, giving both you and your landlord peace of mind.
It's worth knowing that several of our student halls don't require a UK-based guarantor at all, allowing students to pay rent in convenient instalments instead. I had my own birthday event here, service was Apsaloutley bang on, the night ran really smoothly, drinks were priced very well. The Manage Josh is a top man, pleasure to do my event there and would definitely reccomend to others.

We recently hired Fusion for my sister’s baby shower and I honestly can't recommend them enough! From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. The entire staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making sure every guest felt comfortable and taken care of. The drinks were not only delicious but also very reasonably priced, which was a pleasant surprise. The music was spot on was able to put our own playlists on too,great vibes without being too loud, allowing everyone to chat, laugh, and enjoy themselves. The atmosphere was a perfect blend of modern and cozy, with a stylish aesthetic that really elevated the whole event. It’s a versatile space with a cool fusion vibe ideal for everything from casual gatherings to more formal celebrations. Our whole family had an amazing time, and we’ll definitely be booking fusion again for future events. Highly recommended!
