Fusion Leeds cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel within 14 days of signing the contract (before 1st August) or within 24 hours if after. After that, you’ll need to wait for a replacement tenant to be found to be released. When you re-let, your deposit is refunded minus any charges, and there’s a £50 contract variation fee.

Do You Need a Guarantor?

Most landlords and letting agents require a UK-based guarantor. Without one, you may be asked to pay your full year's rent upfront. To help students navigate this, we've partnered with Housing Hand, which can provide a recognised certificate of rental guarantee, giving both you and your landlord peace of mind.

It's worth knowing that several of our student halls don't require a UK-based guarantor at all, allowing students to pay rent in convenient instalments instead. I live there as a student. Check in was easy and fast, facilities are top notch it's a new building, there are washing machines, dryers, bin room, study areas, outdoor terrasse, winter garden, private dining space, group meeting room, photography room, podcast room, sky lounge, movie room, three gyms, the staff are so friendly and smiley, they have trolleys to help move in, security is 100% safe, rules are amazing regarding silent hours, they have daily activities, they have an app to easily access everything on fusion leeds accomodation, the rooms are spectacular neat and clean and spacious, kitchen bathroom everything you need. The have maintenance and cleaners. And many other things I may have forgotten to mention!

Really nice student accommodation! I’m on the 40th floor and the view is amazing. There are lots of great facilities for students that save time and money. Definitely one of the best student accommodations I’ve seen during my time studying in the UK.

Like every parent I wasn’t keen on leaving my son at uni in a new city by himself, this quickly changed when we got to Fusion. Cameron and the team are so friendly, helped moved him in, and already helped him make friends before we left. Such a lovely community!
