Finding a Replacement Occupier for your accommodation.
If you wish to end your license to occupy early, you may find a replacement licensee acceptable to the landlord. The new licensee will sign a new agreement, which may be at a different rent to match the current market rate.
Before we accept a replacement:
Once the replacement licensee has signed and paid, they will assume responsibility for all future rent and obligations. Until then, you remain responsible for the rent until the original end date.
Most landlords and letting agents require a UK-based guarantor. Without one, you may be asked to pay your full year's rent upfront. Both the subway and train stations can be reached within ten minutes. There are many restaurants and supermarkets around, which gives you plenty of choices to buy things

I like this place very much. The front desk is very warm and friendly. If there is a problem, it will be solved in time. The maintenance is also very timely. The atmosphere is very good. The accommodation space is clean and spacious, and it feels like home. I highly recommend it!

I’ve had a fantastic experience living at Dunaskin Mill. It offers great value for money, and I’d highly recommend it to any student. The location is safe and convenient, close to amenities and key facilities. The property management is responsive, and the place is always sparkling clean. The social spaces are great for hanging out, with plenty of events to meet people, and the WiFi is reliable for study and entertainment. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to live.

I've really enjoyed living here. The accommodation is comfortable and well-maintained, and any time I've needed help with repairs, the team has been super responsive.
