Overall, Dunaskin Mill is a good choice for students. It has an unbeatable location near campus, nice amenities and inclusive bills. The rooms are comfortable, though plumbing can be an occasional issue. The management is responsive, so most problems get fixed quickly.

I would recommend this accommodation due to its fabulous location, great management team You can find variety of shops around; Tesco and lidl. Walking to the campus is within 4 minutes. My flatmate were so great and lovely; we became friends already. I was hasitated in first due to the fact my 6 flatmates, but I’m good now, we manage our flat with cleaning schedule and respecting other’s sleeping time. We encouraged each other to socialise and chatting daily to cheer each-others! And my room, the most perfect private world. I would miss it after I upgrade my flat 😞✨❤️❤️❤️

I like this place very much. The front desk is very warm and friendly. If there is a problem, it will be solved in time. The maintenance is also very timely. The atmosphere is very good. The accommodation space is clean and spacious, and it feels like home. I highly recommend it!

I’ve had a fantastic experience living at Dunaskin Mill. It offers great value for money, and I’d highly recommend it to any student. The location is safe and convenient, close to amenities and key facilities. The property management is responsive, and the place is always sparkling clean. The social spaces are great for hanging out, with plenty of events to meet people, and the WiFi is reliable for study and entertainment. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to live.
