    Get in touch and tell us straight away. How much we can help will depend on the timing and the circumstances of your cancellation.
    Licence Agreements are legally binding, so once you have signed and returned your contract, you're required to pay your rent. If (under special circumstances only) you need to withdraw from the Licence Agreement, we'll try to find a replacement Licensee for your room, but we can't guarantee we'll be able to. If a new Licensee is found, then we can release you from your licence, but there will be a re-licence fee*. If you require a copy of the re-licence terms and conditions, please get in touch with us.

    Once you have paid your Advance Rent and you have been allocated a room, then, should you decide to cancel, the amount is equal to the lesser of
    (i) the Advance Rent and
    (ii) the amount equivalent to one week’s Licence Fee is non-refundable.
     If you have paid the Advance Rent and the licence agreement has been accepted by both parties, then you will be held to the terms of the licence until a replacement licensee is found.

    Once you have paid your Advance Rent and you have been allocated a room, then, should you decide to cancel before the start of the licence period, you will be entitled to a full refund of the Advance Rent.      You're committed to full rent unless a replacement is found. Refunds for unused rent are given once the new licensee's booking is confirmed.

    If you want to pay your rent in instalments, we accept both UK and International guarantors. This is someone willing to sign a contract saying they’ll pay your rent if you fail to do so. Your guarantor cannot be another student or the government. In the circumstances where you do not have a guarantor, you can register with Housing Hand, who will act as a guarantor, subject to meeting their terms and conditions.
    Alternatively, you will need to pay your rent for the whole Licence Agreement/AST in advance.

    This is my first year staying in Student Castle, and it is amazing. The team are incredible, are always there to help you. The rooms are perfect, spacious and bright. I would recommend to anyone! :)

    Amazing home away from home experience. I cannot begin to articulate the level of joy I have felt since moving into these dorms- yes of course they’re definitely not the cheapest, but so worth the extra money and stress of sourcing that money. From maintenance, to security to the management all of the team I have had interaction with have been great. Everyone is welcome and friendly here. There’s a massive diverse community of students and professionals who live here and each are always friendly for the least. My personal favourites are the common areas like the study room which I discovered way later than I wish I had, the air conditioned common area and the book swap shelf- I love the attention to detail at this place and it’s truly been an honour to stay here and experience such a place. I’ll keep this review updated to when I move out to provide you a real time overview of how things go with things such as end of tenancy etc and typical stuff that can create nightmares for us students- but I’m anticipating the best. Definitely consider this place for your next student home and I promise you most definitely won’t regret it. There’s always some events going on, there’s always maintenance going on and they’re very particular with the upkeep of the place. (In a good way of course). There’s a bi- annual inspection to ensure things are kept upto standard as well as well posted signs for all including mental health wellness support. A special heartfelt thanks to Rebecca, Rob, Cansu, Kenny. As well as our fantastic security team Thomas, Nathan and Shaun. Thank you everyone :)

    Your own bathroom and kitchen would be good choice. Bedroom is not carpeted. Kitchen appliances and bedding are supplied for you. Drawer is enough. There is no air conditioner but it has a radiator. You can buy new mattress if you want. Wifi service is really good. I like the gym which has air conditioner, treadmills, foam roller, lowpull machine and rowing machine. There is a laundry room but you should pay per wash and dry. The receptionists are very friendly. And you can receive any parcel or mail safely.

    I currently living in london and the student accommodation I am living in was not it. I realized this place is so much better and I really appreciate for the experience. Staffs are so kind, friendly and easy going. Little to no problem with the facilities as well as useful gym eventho it might be small and have less equipments compare to actual public gyms. The place is always clean with nice smell. I felt cozy and safe, I really missed living here.
