Book a room with Student Castle for the 2021/22 academic year and you can cancel your booking before 31st May 2021. There will be no penalty charges and you will receive a full refund of any money paid.
For 2021/22 academic year, you will be able to cancel your booking and receive a full refund of your Holding Deposit and any paid rent payments if you fail to gain the required qualifications and are not accepted into the University.
You need to send us the proof documents within 72 hours of receiving them. We accept the following documents,
(a) official university rejection letter or
(b) proof that the exam results don’t meet the requirements of the university
This policy is valid until 20 August 2021. Please send your request and the supporting official documents to the respective schemes email. Should you fail to provide the necessary information within 72 hours, your Holding Deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.
