Our Silver Studios are located on the first and second floors of the Avon Studios building. Complete with your own private En-Suite bathroom, study area and kitchenette, you’ll have plenty of room to chill out, have friends over or write those dreaded essays.

Our Silver Studio Riverside rooms do exactly what they say on the tin! Located on the higher floors along the river with all the same great features of our Silver Studios, you can expect a clean, modern studio that acts as the perfect base for your student years.

Fancy chilling out on your own private balcony with a riverside view? We’ve got you covered. Enjoy a small double bed, your own kitchenette and en-suite shower room, as well as the fantastic communal facilities open to all residents on the ground floor.

This beauty of a studio has the same quality features and fittings as the Silver, along with the space and light you’d expect from our premium offering. These rooms offer all the same great features as the Bronze alternative, but with that little bit of extra space to spread out across and make your own. You’ll still benefit from all of the fantastic shared amenity space for when you want to spend time with old friends or make some new ones.

These spacious studios are situated on the third floor and have a limited view of Royal Victoria Park. Complete with your very own kitchenette, study space and dining area and benefiting from a high ceiling giving a feeling of a larger living space.

Located on the second and third floors, when you book one of these rooms you’ll get all the benefits of our standard Gold Studio but you’ll have higher ceilings and even more space to spread out, cook up a storm or get your head down and study.
