The apartment is located in a very safe and quite area, where you will feel peaceful, but you can also find lots of restaurants, supermarkets and beauty salon in this disrict. For students, it's the best option to live here. Livensa offers you a morden style decorated room with individual kitchen and bathroom, the only thing is we share the laundry with others. However, you can use plenty of the public area. They provide the projector for wathing film outside, as well as library and gym. When there is good wheather, people go to solarium(rooftop) for relaxing. This is my favorite place to spend time. Although the rental is not cheap, it covers everything, and whenever you need help from the staff, they help you as soon as they can. The only thing I feel not convinient with is the transporation availability is not too much.

Really comfortable and stress free while living here. The price is expensive but the living conditions are really good and there are many clean and equipped common areas. The staff is very helpful and friendly!

A good student residence, it is quite pricey but in return you get to use communal facilities such as the gym and terrace. Very clean and comfortable, staff are friendly. It is in a very safe and quiet area in the suburbs of Madrid, 5 minutes walk from Aravaca Cercanias/Metro Ligero station and with bus stops outside. I enjoyed my stay here!

I enjoyed my time here immensely. Every part of the staff in reception like Tomas, Abel and Blanca, maintenance staff like Ivan and the site manager - Triana, made my stay here so comfortable and like a second home. I always felt safe and that I could ask anything of anyone and I would be helped out. I loved how they had weekly events which provided opportunities for people in the building to mix and integrate. My favourite parts of the building were the gym and the sun terrace but there are others like the study room and the cinema. Its a fully equipped accommodation and I can definitely say that I never lacked, as everything I wanted and needed was provided to me. I will miss my time here very much (especially using the coffee machine in the lounge) and I'll say that if you ever have to study in Madrid - don't miss out on the chance at staying at this amazing accommodation and having a family away from home.
