Twin Rooms in The Annex offer an affordable and social way to live while you study. Each room includes two king single beds, plenty of storage, and a study desk and chair, designed for comfort and convenience. In the Annex, residents have access to a communal kitchen, laundry, dining, and living area, with a shared bathroom on each floor. You’ll also enjoy full access to all Campus Melbourne’s main building facilities, including the pool, gym, study spaces, and social areas. Book a bed by yourself and we’ll pair you with a roommate. Or you can book together with a friend.

For students staying for less than 13 weeks (or fewer than 90 days), an additional security deposit of $500 AUD will be charged. For stays of 13 weeks or more (or more than 90 days), a security deposit of $1,000 AUD will be charged.
Students staying for less than 4 weeks or less, full payment is required upfront plus $250 AUD security deposit.
The security deposit is fully refundable at the end of the contract, if the room is left clean and undamaged and all charges are cleared.

(A) The Student can cancel a tenancy agreement without penalty provided written notice has been provided to Campus Perth at least 30 calendar days prior to the agreement start date.
(B) If cancellation is made to Campus Perth less than 30 days before the tenancy agreement start date, the student will be responsible for paying rent until a replacement tenant has been found. The rent paid in advance may be retained partially or in full as per Campus Perth’s discretion.
(C) A penalty will not be charged in the case where cancellation of the agreement is due to failure to secure an Offer of Enrolment or Student Visa. Written notice must be given to Campus Perth at least 14 days before the tenancy agreement start date and supported with written verification confirming decline of offer and/or visa. Administration fee of $100 is applicable.
D) Bookings less than 90 days cannot be cancelled and no refund will be given.
Of course I have been a long time patron of this establishment but I must say that today's 'Rack of Lamb,' would rate and outdo any top rated restaurant. The presentation, choice of condiments accompanying the dish and the perfectly cooked tender lamb was truly outstanding 😄 second to none! Well done chefs...take a bow🤗

Not a bad school by any chance. Great if you want lighter workloads. Quite limited programs and facilities when compared to MU or RMIT though
