I’ve had a great experience at Lumis Graz. The staff are truly perfect, especially Camila and Nermin. They are kind, professional, and always ready to help with patience and a smile.

I had an amazing 9-month stay at Lumis Student Residence in Graz, and I highly recommend it! The first thing I want to highlight is how smooth and honest the caution (deposit) process was. I traveled before the check-out date, and the staff checked my room themselves. Everything was still in good condition, and they returned the full deposit without any issue. I’m very grateful for that transparency and professionalism. Lumis really has everything you need to live a comfortable and happy student life. The residence is calm and well-organized, with plenty of space and facilities: • A gym, study and meeting room, cinema, gaming rooms, and a lovely cooking area • A garden with a barbecue And Many common areas.. The staff are extremely friendly and always helpful. The location is also perfect — close to the Augarten Park, the city center, and TU Graz. I had such a great time living there and wouldn’t hesitate to choose Lumis again. Thank you so much for everything!

The rooms are super modern and actually feel like a home rather than just a dorm. What I love most is the community vibe—the common areas are always clean and it’s so easy to meet people from all over the world. The management is also very responsive if anything needs fixing. Definitely one of the best places for students in Graz!
