iQ Fiveways House, Wolverhampton

IQ Fiveways has been my home for years and there’s plenty of reasons I kept coming back every year. The communal spaces such as the laundry room, reception, social space, lifts and the courtyard have always been kept clean and maintained by the lovely housekeepers we have Jane & Wendy. The staff have always been there for me such as Amana, Marta & Raf. They’re always very helpful and supportive and know how to resolve any problems I may have. Amana specifically has been a great support system for me and dealt with all of my issues efficiently and respectfully. She is one of the main reasons I kept booking year after year. Paul our handy man has always come to fix anything I requested on the app very quickly and with no complaints, he’s been so helpful and efficient too, knows his stuff indefinitely. I enjoy the social events IQ offers here and through them I got to meet new friends which made it easier to live alone far away from my family. I’ve felt nothing but supported and safe whilst living here. IQ Fiveways is genuinely the best accommodation in Wolverhampton and I’d recommend it to any university student coming to this city!

What really stood out was the host’s hospitality: friendly, responsive, and happy to help with any questions or recommendations. Overall, this was excellent value for money and a genuinely enjoyable stay. We would definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free experience.

While moving away from Home, my heart was a mix of excitement and nervousness. From the outside, it’s a modern, secure building in a fantastic location. But the true magic is inside. The common rooms buzz with life, I’ve made friends for life over pool tournaments and shared takeaways in the vibrant social spaces. My room was my quiet sanctuary when I needed to study, with a comfy bed that saw me through many late-night essay crises. All the staff have always been just a message away, promptly addressing any issues with a smile. To keep this brief, Fiveways House gave me independence, friendship, and a fantastic student experience. But people like Amana gave everything to make sure students felt comfortable and happy. For that, I will always look back on my time there with immense gratitude and a very full heart. It’s more than just a place to stay for me, thanks to the community she helps foster every single day.
