Great value Student accommodation at current prices. All inclusive billing, so no surprises. Populated by a majority of international students. Modern and well maintained. Located 15 minutes walk from the city centre on a bus route. Cinema room, on-site laundry, contents insurance, private gym, fast WiFi, and outdoor sports.

I’ve had a great experience living at Albany Student Village. The location is perfect—it’s just a short walk to Coventry University and the city center, which makes morning commutes so much easier. The rooms are modern and the communal areas are always kept clean. Shoutout to the management team for being so helpful and making me feel at home from day one. Definitely recommend it for any students looking for a safe and social place to live!

Albany Student Village has been an excellent choice for our son. The accommodation is modern, very clean, and spacious, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment. From the moment we arrived, the team has been incredibly supportive. The site manager, Nicky, has gone above and beyond to help our son settle in, responding quickly to any questions or concerns and offering guidance whenever needed. This level of care has made the whole experience far less stressful for both him and us. The location is also very convenient. It’s easy to catch a bus into the university, and for days when he wants to explore the town, it’s a pleasant walk. The combination of well-maintained accommodation, helpful staff, and a great location makes Albany Student Village a highly recommendable place for any student.

So I like the student accomodation and it is serviced well. Only thing is that some students or tenants can sometimes trash the place and the bins. For JLR apprentices, it is importantly to know that parking is not guaranteed and this can be very annoying Block D is not the best and I’d prefer a closer block B or block A Train track noise is terrible but the other side will have less privacy due to it facing the courtyard 5 star servicing and effort, But I cannot give a full 5 stars for my time due to some regrets of staying here in the block that I’m in. It really does make a difference.
