Sparkford House, Winchester

I lived here for a school year and had a great experience! Everyone at Unilife is very warm and lovely! The staff are very responsible and will be your good friends here. Delicious bread or fruit and yogurt are served at the ‘grab and go’ area on the first floor from Monday to Friday morning during classes, and the apartment also hosts a variety of interesting activities from time to time. In addition, the overall living environment is clean and comfortable, very quiet and suitable for study. Love this apartment and highly recommend it!

Unilife Sparkford House is an exceptional accommodation, especially for students! The studios are fully furnished and designed with convenience and comfort in mind. The fact that all units are separate studios is a huge plus, offering privacy and independence. The amenities here are fantastic – a gym, game rooms, recreation room, and a communal kitchen, all of which are well-maintained and great for socializing. The “grab-and-go” breakfast is such a thoughtful addition and a lifesaver on busy mornings. Overall, it’s a perfect blend of practicality and modern living. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality student accommodation!

Unilife was an awesome flat for my uni final year. I will miss it immensely and it gave me the comfort of home away from home. Shout-out to the Unilife team for being super helpful through my stay, to the maintenance team for being quick and helpful and to Dom for making me feel welcome. I really loved the grab and go breakfasts, great having the coffee machine downstairs and all the rooms and facilities, and study spaces were great. The building feels safe and welcoming with great views of Winchester and the campus next to it. Wish I'd known about it earlier, it has been a game changer in terms of helping me feel comfortable living away from home at uni as an autistic student. Thank you Unilife! Will miss you.

I highly recommend this apartment because Not only is it a good environment, there are many benefits (Karaoke room, game room, gym, cinema room, Netflix memebership, free food and drink) and free activities, but their officers fully cares about every tenant who lives here. They are very humane and patient. I have difficult situation that I lost my brp I need to call uk government to resolve my special situation and the Unilife officers find my sadness and help me to resolve my problem. They are so nice. Anyway, uk government is rubbish but the unilife apartment is god❤️

I’ve lived at Sparkford House during my third year, and I honestly couldn’t recommend it more. After a stressful housing experience in my second year, I was nervous about trying somewhere new, but Sparkford has been everything I hoped for and more. The location is unbeatable. Campus is literally across the road, and the city centre and train station are about ten minutes away, so life genuinely feels easier, and everything is right on your doorstep. The building is secure, modern and really well looked after. My room has been warm, comfortable and such a nice space to call home this year. The facilities are great too. There are study booths, quiet spots and different areas for whatever you need, and it makes the whole building feel genuinely student-friendly. You still have complete independence, but there’s always support available the moment you need it, which creates such a reassuring and welcoming atmosphere. Dom and the whole Unilife team have been brilliant. They’re friendly, approachable and consistently helpful, and it makes such a difference knowing you can rely on them. Even deliveries are easy to manage with the Renzbox, postboxes and reception. Overall, Sparkford House has been such a positive, supportive and comfortable place to live in my final year. I’ve felt safe, settled and genuinely happy here, and I’m really glad I chose it.
