    What is Advance Rent?

    Most properties require advance rent when booking. This is refundable if you cancel within the cooling-off period, your place is withdrawn, or you cannot get a UK visa. This advance rent will go towards your first rent installment.

    Do You Need a Guarantor?

      I stayed here in a bronze studio for a year. The location is very convenient, with easy access to amenities and bus stops, and the management team is highly efficient and responsive, especially with maintenance requests. There are also great spaces for studying and socialising. A special thank you to Seren for organising great events for students, as well as Liam for his friendliness and willingness to help. Overall, Ty Nant was a lovely place to live, and I would definitely recommend it to other students!

      I’ve been living in Ty Nant for a year and the accommodation is great. The Rooms are spacious with sufficient storage. The staff Seren, Sam and Mark are super kind and helpful. I enjoyed the social events arranged by the team such a hotpod yoga, Halloween sip and paint, cariad pet therapy etc. They have been a good way to socialise with other students and wellbeing. Maintenance requests are handled quickly. The location is great as it’s next to the bus stop, shopping centre, city centre. I would recommend the accommodation to other students.

      Stayed here for a few days through Booking.com. On arrival, staff were friendly and were able to accommodate an earlier check-in which was greatly appreciated. They also guided me through the building to where I needed to go. The room itself was exceptionally clean and everything needed for a stay was provided. The property facilities were also great, and was nice to have access to the gym. The location is excellent, very close to the train station and local amenities. My only minor issues were that the temperature of the studio which tended to get quite warm particularly in the evening and overnight, and a bin would have been good particularly for the kitchen area, however, I managed. Apart from this everything was great and would definitely recommend!

      Stayed there for a month, booked through Airbnb. The staff were great and very helpful. The rooms lack air conditioning, so it gets hot in the summer. The train station is very close, so it can be noisy if you open the window. Everything else was great.

      Living at Ty Nant has been an amazing experience! The building is modern, clean, and really well maintained. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with everything you need for student life. The common areas are great for socialising or studying, and the facilities (laundry, gym, and study spaces) make life super convenient. The location is ideal!! it’s close to the train station, shops, bus routes, and the university, so it’s easy to get everywhere. The management and reception team are always friendly, responsive, and genuinely care about the students’ wellbeing. Any maintenance issues are sorted quickly, and the staff create a really welcoming community atmosphere. I’ve felt safe, supported, and right at home here. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to live during my time in Swansea. I’d definitely recommend Ty Nant to anyone looking for top-quality student accommodation!
