The rooms include a cosy study nook with a desk, computer chair, noticeboard, lamp and waste-paper bin. Are bills included in the rent for your student accommodation?
Yes, your weekly rent includes access to utilities like gas, electricity, Wi-Fi and water. This means you don't have to worry about hidden costs when paying the rent for your student accommodation.
Can I have guests over?
Yes, you can invite guests over to stay provided you are present when they enter and exit the property. You are also allowed to have your friends or relatives stay overnight as long as you provide advance notice and sign them in at reception. You can have guest over for up to 2 nights within a week.
Can I make a group booking?
Group bookings are not available at this property. Students must apply separately to book a room at this property. Let your booking agent know if you want to book a room near your friends and they will put in a request with the property.
Do You Need a Guarantor?
Most landlords and letting agents require a UK-based guarantor. Without one, you may be asked to pay your full year's rent upfront. To help students navigate this, we've partnered with Housing Hand, which can provide a recognised certificate of rental guarantee, giving both you and your landlord peace of mind.
It's worth knowing that several of our student halls don't require a UK-based guarantor at all, allowing students to pay rent in convenient instalments instead. To find out which properties qualify and how to get started, reach out to our team. We're happy to guide you through the booking process from start to finish.

I’ve had an absolutely pleasant experience at the Amgio living halls. I’ve spent 3 years there and personally i loved it. The kitchens were cleaned on time and everything was tidy. Noise wasn’t an issue and everyone was lovely. It made for the perfect studying. Resting and sleeping environment. Highly recommend it!!’

Great place. Not only is it close to the uni, you get to enjoy your own space (personal bathroom) and you have the bills covered in the rent (including laundry). This is the perfect place for students.
