Speaking of the actual Marland House accommodation; here, you will find plenty of different types of rooms; from single studios to large penthouse apartments and everything in-between. All the studios are designed keeping modern aesthetics and living style in mind. You will want for nothing when living here and will find everything from roomy sleeping areas, well-planned study areas complete with desks, chairs and storage and luxurious bathrooms where you can get ready every day, without having to fuss about space and privacy. You can choose a living space at Marland House where you can live completely on your own or opt for a larger space that you will share with one or more other students. The place allows the flexibility to choose not only how you live but with whom you live and how much you pay every month.

Some of the many facilities available at Marland House student accommodation include high-speed WiFi connectivity across the building, CCTV coverage to ensure the physical safety and psychological security of everyone living at the accommodation, bike storage to put away your bikes when they are not in use and an in-house laundry where you can do your washing without having to step outside the property with a load of unwashed clothes. Do You Need Guarantor?
Without a UK rental guarantor, most landlords and agents will require you to pay the full year’s rent upfront. We have partnered with Housing Hand who can provide you with a certificate of rental guarantee.
However, there some of our student accommodation do not need a UK based guarantor in order for students to pay their rent in instalments, to know more kindly get in touch with our team and we will be happy to assist you with these properties.
