Canvas Capital House, Southampton

Staff are lovely and it’s a really cozy and well designed place, feels fancy but still homely. Staff are always available to help. It was so nice i chose to stay another year. Lovely views from the apartments and the room itself is spacious.

My room is such a great size and i really love having an en-suite bathroom. The weekly kitchen inspections are such a good idea as it motivates my flat to all chip-in and clean: something other university accommodations struggle with. The staff at reception are always really friendly and ready to help. They are also, most importantly, always there night or day. Any issues i have had with my room have been solved by maintenance super rapidly which has been incredible! The building is also in a great location near West Quay shopping center and the Uni of Solent

I’ve had a good experience at Canvas Capital overall. The rooms and facilities are modern, clean, and well-maintained, and the location is very convenient for students. The staff are friendly and helpful most of the time. The only downside is occasional delays with maintenance and some facilities getting busy during peak times. Overall, a great place to live with just a few areas for improvement.

The facilities here are incredibly new and well-equipped. They provide a microwave, oven, vacuum cleaner, refrigerator, and other modern appliances, making it very convenient for daily living. There are also various communal spaces such as a cinema, study room, shared kitchen, and table tennis area, which cater to diverse interests and needs. The location is a huge plus, as it's situated close to the city center, offering easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. In terms of cleanliness, the place maintains a high standard of hygiene, ensuring a comfortable and healthy living environment.
