She answered all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I fully understood everything about the rooms, facilities, amenities, and accommodation process. The accommodation itself was fantastic, clean, modern, and well-maintained, and I was genuinely impressed by the facilities available. I’ve been living at Sovereign New Bank House as a working professional, and overall my experience has been very positive. The location is excellent, especially for anyone working in or around the city centre, as everything is within easy reach, including shops, transport links, and essential services. The living spaces are well maintained, modern, and designed in a way that feels both comfortable and practical for day to day life. As someone with a full time work routine, I particularly appreciate the quiet environment, which makes it easy to relax after a long day. Management and staff (Faith) have been professional and responsive whenever needed, which adds a lot of peace of mind. Any concerns are handled efficiently, and communication has always been clear. The building also offers a good balance between privacy and community, making it suitable for professionals who want a calm and respectful living environment without unnecessary disturbances.

I had a really positive viewing experience at Xenia Sheffield. Abigail was very polite and helpful, and she showed me around the different types of rooms available. The building and rooms were very clean and tidy, and she mentioned that more improvements are on the way, which was reassuring.

Had the best experience with the staff! Abi was absolutely amazing. My mum and I got lost trying to find our Airbnb, and she went above and beyond to help guide us to the right place and make sure we were safe. On top of that, when my mum realised her phone had been left in a taxi and we had no idea which company it was, Abi patiently helped us contact different taxi companies until we managed to track it down. Her kindness, calm attitude, and genuine care turned a really stressful situation into a manageable one, and we are incredibly grateful for her support.

I’ve lived here since 2020, so I know this place really well, and I just want to say how much I appreciate Abby since she joined the Xenia team. From her very first week, you can already tell she’s a hardworking person who genuinely wants to help the tenants. She came in with her own positive energy from day one.One thing that really surprised me was seeing the shelter finally open when I passed by, and after asking for viewings for two rooms over the past four months with no progress, Abby thankfully managed to book me a viewing within the same week she arrived. That alone says a lot. Thank you, Abby, for actually listening and helping. And to Xenia, I truly hope you continue to support and value team members like Abby, as people with her dedication and attitude make a real difference.
