Abigail was extremely knowledgeable and explained every detail clearly, which gave me a lot of confidence and helped me make an informed decision. The accommodation itself was fantastic, clean, modern, and well-maintained, and I was genuinely impressed by the facilities available. Had the best experience with the staff! Abi was absolutely amazing. My mum and I got lost trying to find our Airbnb, and she went above and beyond to help guide us to the right place and make sure we were safe. On top of that, when my mum realised her phone had been left in a taxi and we had no idea which company it was, Abi patiently helped us contact different taxi companies until we managed to track it down. Her kindness, calm attitude, and genuine care turned a really stressful situation into a manageable one, and we are incredibly grateful for her support.

When I needed to rearrange my viewing at short notice, Abi handled it with complete understanding and zero fuss. That flexibility alone made a stressful situation feel so much lighter. What stood out most was her deep knowledge of the property and the surrounding area. She talked me through everything from council tax bands to nearby parking options, internet speeds, transport links. It made me feel genuinely reassured that she knew the building inside out. The tour itself was thorough and thoughtful. Abi walked us through all the communal areas (laundry room, gym, and social spaces) and highlighted how each one could be useful day‑to‑day. The facilities were clean, modern, and very convenient. Combined with the property’s proximity to the city centre, public transport, and local amenities, it makes for an ideal place to live, both as a student or a graduate/working professional. But above all, what impressed me most was Abi’s positive attitude. She genuinely cared about helping me find the option that would suit me best. That sincerity made a huge difference and left me with a really strong impression of both her and the accommodation.

I can't thank Abigail enough for the difference she has made since taking over the management of the accommodation. I had been waiting for a replacement mattress for a long time, and despite raising the issue previously, nothing seemed to happen. As soon as Abigail took charge, she listened to my concern, kept me informed, and made sure it was sorted out quickly. What really stood out was Abigail's professionalism, kindness, and proactive attitude. She took ownership of the issue, kept me informed, and made sure it was fully resolved without me having to chase for updates. She is a real asset to the company. I’ve lived here since 2020, so I know this place really well, and I just want to say how much I appreciate Abby since she joined the Xenia team. From her very first week, you can already tell she’s a hardworking person who genuinely wants to help the tenants. She came in with her own positive energy from day one.One thing that really surprised me was seeing the shelter finally open when I passed by, and after asking for viewings for two rooms over the past four months with no progress, Abby thankfully managed to book me a viewing within the same week she arrived. That alone says a lot. Thank you, Abby, for actually listening and helping.
