I’m familiar with iQ Century Square and would confidently recommend it to students looking for a welcoming and well-managed place to live. From my experience, the accommodation has a friendly atmosphere, and the staff genuinely care about student wellbeing.
The Assistant Manager, Chloe, is very kind, approachable, and always ready to help. The customer service team, Taylor and Chris, are also friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. I have been there few times and have seen how efficiently the team manages the building and supports residents.
The accommodation offers excellent facilities that balance study and social life, including a games/playing area, kitchen and dine-in room, cinema room, laundry facilities, study rooms, and a gym. They also organise regular events for students, which helps create a strong sense of community.
