Do You Need a Guarantor?

Most landlords and letting agents require a UK-based guarantor. Without one, you may be asked to pay your full year's rent upfront. To help students navigate this, we've partnered with Housing Hand, which can provide a recognised certificate of rental guarantee, giving both you and your landlord peace of mind.

It's worth knowing that several of our student halls don't require a UK-based guarantor at all, allowing students to pay rent in convenient instalments instead. To find out which properties qualify and how to get started, reach out to our team. We're happy to guide you through the booking process from start to finish.

Process of moving was super easy and the staff is lovely. Ellie, Bilal and Said has been a huge help all the time since I’ve moved in. They’ve been informative and helpful with any queries I’ve had so far. The accommodation is great, I was lucky with my room, everything was clean and any damages that were in my room when I moved in, It was dealt with by reception letting me know I wouldn’t be charged with it.

Unsure as to why there are so many 1-star ratings? Just recently moved in this month and the staff have been nothing but friendly. The construction work is frustrating, but nearly finished. The lounge, cinema & party rooms look amazing and the students have been really welcoming. I got a Duplex Studio with my partner and it looks stunning with a great view.

The Aparto Queens Court complex is the best student accommodation I've lived in since starting my Doctoral work. It is centrally located with Reading. It is a 5-to-15 minute walk of several grocery sites plus different public transportation facilities, including a direct train link to London. The staff is a final attribute. The management understands the professional and academic challenges students face. It attempts to provide students with a flexibility within the Aparto policy guidelines to address any issues arising. It's an appreciated latitude, particularly given the difficulties student face. I would encourage consideration of the Aparto Queens Court for someone interested in living within a student living complex.
