Staff are friendly, and facilities are cleaned weekly-overall the interior is very modern. I’ve been staying here for 3 months and would absolutely recommend it to other students. It has about 4 lifts which is very important when carrying heavy things and staff stay here 24h so don't have to worry even if u forgot to bring the room key-this literally saved my life few times. It has enough washer and dryer so no need to wait to use it. I would live here till the end of my study and my only suggestion is to have a whiteboard in the studying room and coffee machine plzzz🥹 I love this new home sooooo much

I stayed at Urban Hub for less than 3 months, and it felt like a safe and comfortable home. I’m grateful for our trust in choosing this place, especially for those arriving in the UK for the first time. It’s conveniently located with everything you need nearby, and everything is within walking distance. If I were to suggest an improvement, it would be adding a little more heating, as I’m from a warmer country. But overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Urban Hub!"
