Urban Hub offers modern, fully furnished studios with all-inclusive rent, and excellent amenities like a gym, cinema room, and chill areas. It’s very close to UCLan, making it convenient for students. Moreover, Tesco right underneath Urban Hub which makes so much more convenient. The staff are friendly, and the community vibe is good.

Urban Hub Preston has been a fantastic place to live as a student. The accommodation is modern, clean, and well-maintained, and the rooms are thoughtfully designed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff are consistently professional, approachable, and quick to resolve any issues, which creates a very supportive living environment. The location is also excellent, with easy access to the university, local shops, and transport links. Overall, Urban Hub offers a high standard of student living, and I would confidently recommend it to anyone looking for quality accommodation in Preston.

I stayed at Urban Hub for less than 3 months, and it felt like a safe and comfortable home. I’m grateful for our trust in choosing this place, especially for those arriving in the UK for the first time. It’s conveniently located with everything you need nearby, and everything is within walking distance. If I were to suggest an improvement, it would be adding a little more heating, as I’m from a warmer country. But overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Urban Hub!"
