4.1 Cancellation during the cooling off period(s)

4.3 Cancellations after you have moved into the accommodation
It is your responsibility to provide an alternate tenant (as per Section 4.3), however where available the
Accommodation Team will be able to assist you with any enquiries that come directly to Cloud (this is subject
to the occupancy level of the property and does not reduce your responsibility).
The Accommodation Team will contact you directly if they find an alternative tenant and advise of any
difference in rent or marketing/commission payments that you may be liable to continue with the takeover.
We would advise contacting our Accommodation Team as soon as you intend to find a replacement so that
they can support you in the best way.
4.4 Cancellations by Cloud Student Homes or the Landlord
Most landlords and letting agents require a UK-based guarantor. Without one, you may be asked to pay your full year's rent upfront. To help students navigate this, we've partnered with Housing Hand, which can provide a recognised certificate of rental guarantee, giving both you and your landlord peace of mind.
It's worth knowing that several of our student halls don't require a UK-based guarantor at all, allowing students to pay rent in convenient instalments instead. I had a wonderful 3 years staying here at Jubilee Court. Joanne, the accommodation manager, is amazing, helpful and always goes above and beyond. It is such a clean, cosy and comfortable place to stay. Thank you for making my time here incredible 💕

It's a wonderful place to live, with a very safe environment, and the staff are approachable, friendly, and responsive. Joanne and Sarah especially listen attentively and are ready to resolve any issues. The new manager, Bradley, is someone who managed an accommodation where I once lived and was fantastic, clearly knowing his role; I guess Jubilee Court hires the best because it is the best!

Really good accommodation! The rooms are great, but the highlight is definitely the reception office. They are really helpful, super friendly, and always sort out any issues straight away.

Jubilee Court has been a lovely place to stay. I moved in around July, the receptionist helped me move in, the room is spacious, everything works, bathrooms great, heating and hot water have no issues, the lift always works. They even had the kitchen professionally cleaned as the previous tenants had let things get quite bad. Happy to rebook next year.
