Friargate is one of the newer student accommodation buildings in Preston and it’s visible. They have clean room and washrooms. They provide everything you need to get started including bedding, bed sheets, pillows, utensils and plates, cups and bathroom essentials as well. This is the perfect place to study as it’s very quiet and there is 24 hour reception if there is any issues. They have quiet hours after 11 pm every day, and you have to sign in ANY guest you have coming over. Overall, love the stay, will be staying here longer as it’s perfect for medical school and to study.

Spacious place with modern amenities. Round a clock security service. i love this gym , especially in winter it was useful. I learned table tennis here and now it has become my favourite game.chance for making new friends. The atmosphere is quiet and clean .Staff members are friendly and helpful. I have been here for nearly 1.5 years.so far this journey is remarkable. The money we pay here is worth it because of high standards in maintenance and comfort. I would recommend it to people who want happiness over their budgets. My sincere wishes to the admin team. My special thanks to Elaine for smooth run Cleaners and security personnel help us with a good smile. Repair works are carried with care and flexibility. In the near future i will recommend my friends to stay here.
