I am just passing by to rate the amazing and outstanding work , assistance and care of the manager Andrew Aquilina how was Abel to bring the best experience and support a tenant could ever ask.

I'm completing almost a year in here now. It's been really so nice. Andrew was so kind and supportive with all of us. He had a good memory as he was greeting us with our names. The things I like in here is the facilities; gym, laundry, cinema, common sitting area, etc. I also like it being so close to ASDA, other shops/restaurants near fratton road and a small park at the backyard. Repairs/maintenace ok, except repairing gym equipments as its almost been more than 6 months now since i reported an issue with the treadmill but nobody has fixed it yet. What i also don't like, though, is that being almost attached to the very busy main road; especially when police/ambulance comes with its so freaking siren. Overall its been a very good experience honestly and i do recommend it.

I'm currently staying at Stanley Studios for the 2025/26 accommodation period. So far, the facilities have exceeded my expectations, and they are always kept as clean as possible. I am very particular about bathrooms and cleanliness, so I made sure to choose an ensuite studio room. The bathroom in my room is up to standard, which I really appreciate. The proximity to the ASDA supermarket is also very convenient. One thing about the facilities: I wish there were a study room, as I study better and focus more outside my room. The only thing I would say is that the location is a bit far from my school (a 15-minute walk), and the university's bus doesn't run nearby. Instead, I usually take the public city bus, which stops about an 8-minute walk from my university. This works for me, but anyone planning to stay here might want to consider their most convenient transport option. The customer service is always on point, with staff members at Stanley Studios generally being friendly and responsive to our needs. For added peace of mind, access to the building and individual rooms is secured by key fobs, so only residents and authorised staff can enter the premises. When it comes to room entry, the management team follows a clear policy: staff members may enter student rooms only when necessary and must provide advance notice. I want to highlight the property manager, Andrew Aquilina, whose attention to detail and communication are especially commendable. He always keeps us updated, especially when he needs to enter our rooms. He gives us a week's notice, then a few days' notice, the day before, and again on the day itself before coming in. If he intends to go floor by floor, he lets us know which floors he's completed and which are still to be done. This approach makes me feel that my privacy and security are respected at all times. Since he has been missing, I have missed this communication. Andrew is kind, always has a smile when interacting with us, and remembers our names, greeting us personally and conversing with us. I truly don't know what my experience here would be like without him. He hasn't been here for a bit, and he is thoroughly missed.

I had a great experience during my stay at Stanley Studios and would definitely recommend it to prospective students looking to stay close to campus. The facilities are well maintained, and the location is conveniently close to Asda and other stores. I would also like to highlight the welcoming atmosphere of the entire team, especially Andrew Aquilina. Andrew is an outstanding manager who goes above and beyond to ensure all residents have a comfortable and enjoyable experience. During my stay, he was always attentive to any concerns and was very helpful during my move out process. He willingly provided assistance and made the transition smoother by helping me with my luggage and boxes. I highly recommend staying at Stanley! :)

My daughter stayed at Stanley Studios from October 2024 to August 2025 and had a very pleasant and peaceful experience. From the moment she moved in until the day she checked out, the support and service provided by the accommodation manager, Andrew Aquilina, were excellent. Stanley Studios are located in a very central yet quiet area, making them ideal for students. I highly recommend this accommodation, especially for those who are looking for a calm and comfortable place to live.
