What is Advance Rent?
Most properties require advance rent when booking. This is refundable if you cancel within the cooling-off period, your place is withdrawn, or you cannot get a UK visa. This advance rent will go towards your first rent installment.

It's worth knowing that several of our student halls don't require a UK-based guarantor at all, allowing students to pay rent in convenient instalments instead. If it wasn’t for Winnie, I would not rebook. She is the hardest worker by far and she keeps a personal relationship with all the residents. Winnie is always so busy running the whole company but will still make time to sort out whatever issue you have. The main manager with red hair is so rude and unpleasant to talk to, if I have an issue I’d never go to her.

I’ve had an amazing experience living in this university accommodation and would highly recommend it to anyone! The rooms are clean, modern, and really comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. The facilities are well-maintained and everything you need is easily accessible. One of the best parts has been the friendly and supportive environment — the staff are always helpful, approachable, and quick to resolve any issues. I’ve also met some great people here, which has made my uni experience even more enjoyable. The location is perfect, with easy access to campus and nearby shops, which makes day-to-day life really convenient. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during my studies. Definitely a 5-star experience!

Winfield Court in Nottingham has been an amazing place to live during my time at university. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, making it really comfortable to come back to after a long day of lectures. The location is perfect—close to campus and local amenities, which makes everything so convenient. The staff are friendly and always quick to help with any issues. The social spaces are great for meeting other students and making new friends. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while studying! Highly recommend!
