It’s a gorgeous accommodation. Definitely enjoyed my stay here and the staff made it a wonderful experience. The whole building was kept clean and it felt like I was in a hotel. There are a few things that you should look into when staying here tho. 1. Their guest policy does not allow you to have more than 2 guests ( which I found a little inconvenient as I was unable to have friends over which was a downside when talking about uni life ) .. all my other friends were able to bring friends over to their accommodations with no limitations . If a friend wants to stay over you have to write in to the management a day or two in advance and wait for approval. Overall it’s fine however if there are instances where a friend needs a place to stay for the day then it would be an inconvenience. 2. The heater works on a sensor and will only activate below a certain temperature. You have no control over when it comes in and if you need it to come in earlier, it simply will not work. Found this to be an issue was I had fever as I had no form of making my room hotter. 3. The room operates on a card basis to save electricity, similar to hotels. It’s smart however something to look at if you require to charge your computer etc when you’re not in your room. Was a slight downside but nothing major. 4. Some residents smoke in their rooms and it’s evident that they do and it triggers the alarm at weird times of the day. Often would go off at 3-4am. Yet they play it off as “ cooking “ .. i don’t think anyone in their right mind cooks at 3am. Something to consider as your flatmates can make it a real inconvenience if they are into that sort of thing. Overall I loved my stay, just a few things that I found a little troublesome for myself however would definitely recommend this accommodation.
