Absolutely brilliant Accommodation for first year. I Absolutely loved living here it was so wonderful and cozy and I have really enjoyed living at this Accommodation I'll miss it so much. Plenty of space to store your luggage, especially with the storage lift up beds too and plenty of space for your kitchen. The community is so lovely around here on traffic street and its so peaceful and a lovely place to relax, enjoy and chill. The staff are absolutely outstanding here i cannot thank them enough for all theyve done for me here at Signal Place, Iq and i will miss them so much. Pop over yo reception because they will give you great vibes, especially ellen. Packages are always stored safely and securely and youll have absolutely no problems here. Great events hosted by staff, especially during special occasions where at halloween where you carve halloween pumpkins and at Christmas theyll host alot of get togethers and parties if youre living here over Christmas. Amazing facilities around this Accommodation my favourite was the cinema room, it also features a vending machine right next to it where you can buy your own drinks and snacks. Or you can take your own. Its all free to book. Downfalls: ●some facilities may not be available and may not work for example, the games room has a few issues such as technical issues except if youre only using the ps5 which doesnt have many issues. ●some equipment may not always be available and you may have to wait a while longer before you get any of the equipment such as Vaccuum cleaners. ●Maintenance may not always be available all the time and you may have to wait in a long que however, they are mostly quick and easy. ●some rooms are by the main road which means that it can often become very loud but it's not always the case. ●if you really want somewhere with a great view, itll cost you more depending on what prices you can afford. ●the place can often be very pricey where eventually prices may go up. Positives: ●many great events and you get alot of freebies by the reception every week such as free drinks, snacks and much more. You can also make your own coffees, lattes and much more. ● Lovely view from the accommodation and it features a rooftop where you can relax and enjoy the great city view. ● very high cashback when you first move in. I had a cashback of £1,200 as a new resident however the cashback may not be guaranteed at this price but the good news is you get it every single time you live here. (Avaliable Mid October-November) ●Free Tram service, because its mostly Uon & Cliton campus students but skme city students come here as well as was I. ●Maintenance is very quick and easy and will respond to you asap no matter what issue you may have in your room. ●very clean and fresh spaces every single day because the cleaners are always on duty making sure that the place is always clean and tidy. ●plenty of spaces to hang around with your friends, especially the lounge which you can hire out and use yourself with your friends and family. The staff have been absolutely incredible here and i want to say a massive thank you to each and every one of you, especially Ellen who has always supported me and made sure that i am safe and well whilst living here.
