I’ve been living at Graystacks since 2023, and I’ll be going into my third year here. It has been an awesome option for a university student like me, I particularly live in a non-ensuite room which has been spacious, you do share a kitchen with at most 12 other people but that hasn’t felt like a problem to me as the kitchen is huge and there are separate cooking areas, also, not everyone is in there at the same time. I Would love to give props to the staff members and housekeepers as well, especially Lynda and Maddie, who have been super helpful and keep the stacks spotless :) I really appreciate the laundry and dryer in the stack building being free of cost because it’s ridiculous to charge for something like that in 2025, the decking area on the terrace is fantastic, I have spent a lot of time reading books and chilling during pleasant weather. The location is great as well, having a retail park and lots of grocery stores a few minutes away. No place is perfect, but I wouldn’t pass over this accom. if you’re looking for affordable living and hope to connect with people your age especially if you’re an undergraduate student or young person.
