Great prices. 5 min from Victoria Centrum. Nice studio with large Bathroom. Some unclear things about getting parcels but it's not problem because a lot of collected points are near building. And be prepared for that lift doesn't work. It can be problem with heavy boxes or luggage

I am really pleased to say that this is one of the student accomodation I acquired. All the facilities at the accomodation are really nice and useful. I stayed at avalon court booked through xenia for one year whilst studying at confett it is in the perfect location and also reasonably priced compared to others in the same area. Room was clean when I moved in and was even allowed by the landlord to move in a few days early so i could move straight from my old flat, also always found the staff very helpful, especially Hely has always been extremely helpful with any queries or issues I have had throughout my time at avalon court. There are some issues with the building such as the lift not working which made moving in and out quite a bit more difficult but overall I was happy with my stay at avalon court. Thanks 😊
