The gold studio caters for all your needs with an average of 22m². There’s good storage space with cupboards and book shelves, a great kitchen and en-suite shower room. Please note that the ensuite and kitchen area of this studio have been adapted to meet DDA requirements.

Gold Plus Studio
Gold Plus studio apartments are finished to a high-specification and include stylish fitted furniture, double bed, and kitchen. The en-suite bathroom features an over bath shower, toilet and sink. Our largest studio. If you like plenty of space, the Platinum studios are an average of 25m². Features include Smart TV with Bluetooth Technology, a double bed and arm chair. There’s a large study desk and lots of cupboards and shelves. The contemporary en-suite shower room has great mirrors and a large cabinet for your toiletries. Situated on the lower floors.

FREE CANCELLATION = NO-RISK BOOKING
We understand that plans change which is why we’ve introduced our free cancellation policy. If you book to live with us during the 2021/22 academic year and your plans change, you can cancel by 31st May 2021 with no charge.
Terms and conditions:
- This promotion only applies to 39 or more week tenancy agreements for the 2021/22 academic year, starting in September.
- To qualify you must book a room and complete a tenancy agreement with Downing Students (in accordance with these terms) before 31st May 2021 and any application to cancel must be received by no later than 5 pm on 31st May 2021.
- A £100 holding deposit is required to complete your application. If cancelled by 31st May your holding deposit will be refunded.
- After this date, the standard cancellation terms apply.

I am glad that I chose Verde for my first year. It is in such a great location with easy access to the city centre. The facilities are really good. The rooms are a good size with plenty of storage. The staff are all super friendly and helpful and are always on hand to help out with any issues. I am more than happy to stay on for second year

Rooms are modern, spacious, and have plenty of storage. Staff are always happy to help and maintenance team resolve any issues very quickly. Good location close to campus, train station, shopping centre, and supermarkets. All inclusive so good value for money.

I stayed here while studying at International House Newcastle. Everything is great, the rooms are clean and very comfortable (with so much storage space and a big bed). The bathroom is also nice. Despite the cold weather (it was february), the temperature in the room with the heater was always perfect. There's also a gym, laundry room... Everyone at reception was always very kind and helpful. I would definitely come back!
