I am glad that I chose Verde for my first year. It is in such a great location with easy access to the city centre. The facilities are really good. The rooms are a good size with plenty of storage. The staff are all super friendly and helpful and are always on hand to help out with any issues. I am more than happy to stay on for second year

Rooms are modern, spacious, and have plenty of storage. Staff are always happy to help and maintenance team resolve any issues very quickly. Good location close to campus, train station, shopping centre, and supermarkets. All inclusive so good value for money.

I stayed here while studying at International House Newcastle. Everything is great, the rooms are clean and very comfortable (with so much storage space and a big bed). The bathroom is also nice. Despite the cold weather (it was february), the temperature in the room with the heater was always perfect. There's also a gym, laundry room... Everyone at reception was always very kind and helpful. I would definitely come back!
