It is well connected to the rest of the city and its surrounding towns and villages through a range of public transport options, from the metro, trains to buses. Northumbria University is located a mere 10 minutes from the accommodation and Newcastle University is another five minutes from the same.

Add The Bridge student accommodation you will find a range of rooms starting from classic en suites to premium en suites, studio apartments and deluxe on suites. This means that the place has something to offer for everyone; no matter your personal budget and choices. All of the rooms feature large windows, excellent views, spacious bedding and access to private bathrooms. Do You Need Guarantor?
Without a UK rental guarantor, most landlords and agents will require you to pay the full year’s rent upfront. We have partnered with Housing Hand who can provide you with a certificate of rental guarantee.
However, there some of our student accommodation do not need a UK based guarantor in order for students to pay their rent in instalments, to know more kindly get in touch with our team and we will be happy to assist you with these properties.
