I have a really pleasant stay at this accommodation. It is clean, comfortable, and well-located with easy access to essentials. Janvi, the property assistant, and Richard, the manager, are both very helpful and responsive throughout. Overall, it feels safe and welcoming, and I would definitely recommend it.

I have been living here since a year now and this is the best accommodation!! Rik and Janvi have been of great help and help you with all sorts of queries!! The maintenance work gets done the day it is reported. The bedrooms are spacious and have plenty of storage! Living room also has a tv It has car parking space and also bicycle storage. The best part is it in 10 mins walking from the university!! And 5 mins away from tesco, morrisons, sainsbury and all other shops The best part is the common room where you can call your friends and have fun! 10/10 Would recommend it to everyone!!

The living area includes a TV, sitting space and the kitchen is well-equipped with decent cooking amenities. Richard, the accommodation manager, has been exceptionally friendly and cooperative,. Overall, it’s a great option for students. The location is very convenient, just an 8–10 minute walk to the University of Manchester and within the same distance to grocery stores like Lidl and Tesco.
