Look for Jade and Paula, they are the go to here and are amazing. Always full of energy and bursting with smiles and welcoming and helping everyone here actively. Highly recommend their excellent service and skills. They make me feel at home 🏡 😌

Fantastic student accommodation in a great location. Moved in for the September 2025 intake, spent weeks looking where best to move in and the reviews for this place stood out so thought I'd add my own. The staff are really what make this place stand out, I have other friends living in postgrad accommodation in London and are hating it, mainly due to the rude staff... this place doesn't have that issue! Special shout out has to go to Jade and new recruit Kurshele where no job is too big or inconvenient. Would highly recommend this accommodation for anyone looking to move into east London, the Victoria line being so close is also ideal.

I really like this residence. I’ve lived here for both my undergraduate and master’s studies, a total of three years, and naturally, I chose to stay here again. Firstly, because I’ve gotten used to it, and secondly, although there are cars outside, the soundproofing is excellent, so sleeping is never a problem. The facilities are extremely clean, and the studio is very spacious. I especially enjoy everything about living here. My favorite part is the kitchen in the studio – it’s big and long, which makes it very convenient. I stayed in the Gold Studio, which is a larger room type. In the beginning, I lived in a Platinum Studio, and in my third year, I switched to Gold. I loved both equally. All maintenance requests can be submitted online, and someone always comes the next day to fix them – super convenient. If I really have to point out a downside, it would be that in summer, when the window is open, insects sometimes fly in, and without air conditioning, it can get hot. But overall, I like it very much. In winter, there are no issues at all. The services are available 24/7, and the staff here are always polite and helpful.
