I had a recent issue and was really impressed with how quickly and professionally it was handled. Kath, the housekeeper, did an amazing job — she cleaned everything so efficiently and thoroughly, and the space looked spotless in no time. Her attention to detail and speed were genuinely impressive. Jade was also incredibly responsive and understanding. She took my concerns seriously, followed up promptly, and made sure management was informed even though they weren’t in at the time. It really felt like she cared, which made a big difference. Overall, I appreciate how both the team and management handled the situation. It’s clear they take cleanliness, safety, and resident concerns seriously. Great service all around!

I needed print and scan files urgently but printer in robby didn't work so that I asked it to Paula and Alana. So kindly they accepted my ask and I could my task. It was very helpful and appreciated since it was my work related contract. If there wasn’t help from Paula and Alana, I cannot imagine the next.

Living at Canvas Walthamstow has been a great experience so far. The facilities are modern and well looked after, and the cleanliness of the building is consistently excellent.
