VITA Student Housing is genuinely one of the best places I’ve ever lived. It’s so much more than just student accommodation! It’s a community full of friends, fun events, and people who truly care. Every single staff member here goes above and beyond to make VITA feel like a real home away from home. You can tell they all take pride in what they do, and it shows in the detail-they’re the heart and soul of this place. I genuinely cherish them all and feel lucky to call them friends who just so happen to work where I live haha! - Annie is the absolute sweetheart herself. She’s like a second mom (or honestly, the grandma I never had). From helping me fix ripped jeans to checking in on me when I need someone to talk to, she radiates joy and kindness everywhere she goes. She always finds time for everyone, whether it’s offering a hug, listening to you vent, or making you laugh. She works so hard behind the scenes, from setting up breakfast early in the mornings to helping organize community events, and she does it all with genuine care. - Richard is the maintenance legend himself! Every building needs a Richard. He’s so friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. When I had an issue with my bed, he had it fixed in no time. And when my stovetop cracked, he came within hours to make sure it was safely repaired so I wouldn’t get hurt. His attention to detail and genuine concern for residents’ safety are incredible. - Jordan is the assistant manager and honestly one of the kindest, funniest, and most genuine people you’ll ever meet. He’s such a sweetheart,, always smiling, always ready to help, and always bringing great energy wherever he goes. From organizing big events like the City Tour to signing people in for the Cooking Events (which are always such a hit), Jordan is everywhere- chatting with residents, helping set things up, making people laugh, and making sure everything runs smoothly. VITA is seriously lucky to have him (and Toni!) keeping everything running so smoothly. - Toni, the manager, and truly a rockstar. I have no idea how she manages to do everything she does! From organizing events and keeping everything running smoothly to helping residents with any issue that comes up, she handles it all with professionalism, and genuine kindness. She once helped me print my resume and get a new key when I changed rooms- small things, but they meant the world in stressful moments. Toni sets the tone for the entire team as she is supportive, hard-working, and deeply caring. She’s a fantastic manager and an even more amazing person!! - Becky is such a sweetheart! She’s always so lovely during events like the skincare and painting sessions- encouraging, positive, and genuinely interested in connecting with residents. She always has a smile, and she checks in on people in a way that shows how much she truly cares. After one of my interviews, she even followed up just to see how it went,, such a thoughtful and kind gesture! All in all, VITA Student Housing is exceptional because of its people. The staff here aren’t just doing their jobs, they’re building a true community. And the events that they host create a space where I've met a large group of people I am happy to call my friends! Their kindness, dedication, and warmth make every resident feel valued and supported. I feel incredibly lucky to live here and to know such amazing people. They’ve turned what could be just another student building into a home full of heart, care, and connection. If upper management ever reads this- please know how special your team here truly is. They represent the absolute best of what VITA stands for! 💛

Breakfast at Vita Lewisham Exchange is honestly amazing — especially now that the omelette is back on the menu! 🍳 I’m such an egg person, so having both boiled eggs and that tasty omelette makes my mornings so much better. I also love the Philadelphia cheese 🧀 — it’s such a nice touch! The staff are always super kind, smiley, and keep everything topped up really well. Even though students come by randomly between 7 and 10, there’s always something good to grab. Thanks for making Vita feel like such a warm and homely place ❤️

I would like to provide an outstanding recommendation for Toni and her team , the General Manager at Vita & Student Accommodation in Lewisham ,SE13 Toni is truly exceptional,highly professional, extremely well-organised, and incredibly dedicated to her role. She recently contacted our company to complete painting works within the building, and from the very beginning her level of organisation and administration was absolutely remarkable. Throughout the project, Toni demonstrated clear communication, strong leadership, and excellent management skills. The workplace environment she oversees is welcoming, structured, and highly efficient. All members of staff speak very highly of her, and it is easy to see why,her management style brings out the best in everyone. She guided our team through the site, ensuring we understood all health and safety procedures, and she followed through on every promise made. I stayed here for five months to attend a language school. All the staff were friendly, positive, and solution-oriented. I would like to thank each and every one of them. I can’t say the overall cleaning was perfect, but the bathroom and sink were thoroughly cleaned and spotless every two weeks. You do need to do some cleaning yourself in between. The breakfast was quite sufficient, and there were halal options available. I wouldn’t have preferred to pay extra to use the washing and drying machines, but using them once a week was ideal. I stayed in a studio apartment, and it was definitely sufficient. I will truly miss my little home and the life I lived there. Thank you once again to everyone.
