Classic Studio Premium View rooms are approx. 20.2 to 21.5 SQM and located on floors 4 & 5. These rooms come with a comfortable hideaway double bed, a private kitchenette, dining area, an en-suite bathroom, study area and plenty of storage space. Rooms are available both east and west facing.

Premium 1 Studios offer east facing views over St Paul’s Cathedral. As well as your own double bed, private bathroom and fully fitted kitchen/dining area, you’ll have a well equipped and Wi-Fi connected workspace

Premium 1 Balcony Studios range from approx. 27 to 29 SQM total including the balcony, and are located on the 4th floor with east facing views. As well as your own double bed, your own bathroom and fully fitted kitchen/dining area, you will have access to your own private balcony.

Premium 2 Balcony Studios are approx. 31.9 to 32.6 SQM total including the balcony and are located on the 4th floor with east facing views. All rooms have a double bed, as well their own bathroom and fully fitted kitchen/dining area.

Premium 2 Studios are approx. 28.7 to 32 SQM and are located on floors 1,2,3 and 5 with east facing views. All rooms have a double bed, as well as their own bathroom and fully fitted kitchen/dining area. Some rooms have full bathrooms, the others have partials view of St Pauls.

Premium 3 Studio Plus apartments are perfect if you prefer to live independently and study in private. Premium 4 Studio apartments are our largest and are perfect if you prefer to live independently and study in private. Premium 4 Studio Terrace apartments are located on the top floor of our Kirby Street residence.
