1. The Licensee may, by notice in writing to the Licensor cancel this Licence up to four weeks before the Start Date. In such case, the Student shall be liable to make the Booking Fee and the Deposit Payment which shall become non-refundable and;
2. The Licensee may, by notice in writing to the Licensor cancel this Licence in the 4-week period immediately before the Start Date. In such case the Licensee shall remain liable to pay;

3. Prior to the Start Date the Licensee may, on receipt of notice from the British Embassy that the Licensee’s application for a visa to enable entry to the UK has been refused, cancel this Licence by notice in writing to the Licensor, provided that the Licensee also provides the Licensor with a copy of the letter from the British Embassy within 15 days of the date of issue. In such case the Licensor shall remain liable for payment of the Booking Fee.
4. The Licensor may cancel this Licence on notice in writing to the Licensee prior to the Start Date. In such case all fees previously paid under this Licence shall be repaid to the Licensee.
5. Licensee may cancel this Licence after the Start Date; Licensee shall be liable to pay;

I’ve lived here for almost a year, and it’s been a great experience. The accommodation is well-maintained, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the area feels very safe. Wonderful accommodation. Never had any problems during my stay over two years! I left my belongings in my room before I leave for holidays and my room contract expired before i will come back but the management team reached out to me before they do anything with my stuff and take a good care of it for me and even sent me video of my stuff and keeping it safe and tidy before I come back. Amazing. Couldnt be better!

I’ve been living at Westcombe House for 3 years now, and I’ve definitely noticed a big difference since the new management recently took over. They actually listen to residents and deal with any issues really quickly, which wasn’t the case before. It’s nice to see that they genuinely care about making the building a better place to live. The team is always friendly, helpful, and easy to contact. Thank you for all your hard work!
