This dormitory is truly excellent. From the friendly reception staff to the cleaning team, everyone is incredibly kind and welcoming. The common areas are always kept clean, and they provide a great environment for working. I especially liked that the shared spaces are thoughtfully divided into areas for studying and areas for relaxing. In addition, there is a small outdoor terrace where you can unwind, which is a really nice touch. Overall, I am very satisfied with the condition of the dormitory. The soundproofing is excellent, and the rooms are spacious—I am very happy with my experience here.

Thank you for everything, especially the receptionists, cleaning staff, maintenance guys, everyone for your kindness. I truly enjoyed my stay. I stayed in other accommodations in the UK during past years, I think they are the most professional and kind staff I've ever seen. My special thanks goes to Leo, he helped me a lot on the first day and the last day of my stay. His calm and kind manner made me feel that it was a good decision to choose to stay there.

I have nothing but good things to say about my time at Chapter White City. Not only is the building well kept and the accomodations lovely, but the staff are incredibly warm and friendly. Throughout my time here, people like Karla, Dorreny, Leo, and Anita (among others) have created a warm, safe, and welcoming space. They have gone above and beyond to make sure that the students here are well taken care of. As an international student, this has made all the difference in my experience of feeling safe and secure throughout my time in London. When you're looking for a place to live, you want to experience a home that is well kept - a space that you feel comfortable and safe within. Chapter White City has provided exactly that.
