I had a very pleasant stay. The staff were all wonderful, especially Luis and J. Whenever I needed assistance, they went out of their way to help resolve my issues. The nighttime security team was attentive and vigilant, which made me feel very safe. The location is also fantastic and makes traveling around London super easy. One thing to note is that this is more a student accommodation than a traditional serviced apartment, and the gym is a bit dated with limited equipment. Overall, though, it was still a great stay!
