The entire team at Chapter Portobello is incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming. Chapter Portobello is a great student accommodation close to Notting Hill, located in a beautiful area by a canal that offers a natural environment despite being in bustling London. Thanks to great communal areas such as the study space and the gym, it was easy to socialise with other students here. I felt welcomed right from the start, and it didn't take long for me to feel truly at home here in London. One of the main reasons for this is the kind staff at Chapter Portobello. Whether it was maintenance issues or personal matters, the team always made sure that problems were solved quickly, efficiently and with care. A huge thank you to Vasare, Precious, Osvaldo and Kwame, for going above and beyond to ensure I felt safe and comfortable at Chapter Portobello. I’ll miss you and will forever remember you!

I’ve had a really positive experience living in this student accommodation. The building is clean, well maintained, and provides a comfortable and safe environment for students. The rooms and shared areas are well designed and practical, making it a great place to live while studying. One of the best things about this accommodation is the reception team. The staff are always friendly, approachable, and very helpful. They make the check-in process smooth and are always available to answer questions or help with any issues. Parcel collection is organised and efficient, and any maintenance requests are handled quickly. A special shout out to Precious, Vasare, Kwame, Osvaldo, Muhammed, Agnes and Rose they have made my time here really special and I felt like I have been welcomed into a new family. The overall atmosphere here is welcoming and well managed, which makes it easy to settle in and focus on university life. It’s clear that the team genuinely cares about the residents and works hard to ensure everyone has a good experience. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to other students looking for a comfortable and supportive place to live.

Chapter Portobello is a great place for medium to long stays. I was on a business trip and stayed here for 6 days. Pros: - Located in a quiet neighborhood. - Next to canal water - Nice and spaced out apartments. - Well maintained building - Saba at the front desk is very helpful. Cons: - Nearest tube station is Westbourne park which is 1km away. - Even the most important bus routes stop 500 meters away. If you are on a visit with heavy luggage, then you better rely on a cab service or taxi. - The apartments are cleaned once a week only. They deny you fresh towels too if you request them in less than a week. Despite the cons, I would still recommend this place for brief stays in London.
