The location is perfect! From Liverpool Station, you can literally go anywhere, and it is 6mins walk. The people that work here, at Chapter Old Street: Ebony, Minthy, Evandra, etc even the maintenance guys. Everyone is friendly and helpful. And it is just perfect for students, you have grocery stores, coffee shops, gyms etc.

Housekeeping service, kind receptionists, very well-maintained facilities, considerate maintenance team…even Chinese New Year decorations! all these things make me feel like home. I will stay for another year!
