Chapter Lewisham, London

Though we only stayed for one night, our experience at Chapter Lewisham was absolutely wonderful. The room was exceptionally clean, tidy, and comfortable, making it easy to relax and unwind. Everything felt well-maintained, and the attention to detail really stood out. We did face a few minor issues on our side with the travel agency regarding booking, as we had a family member under age who couldn’t stay with us. That was understandable, and these situations happen it was a learning experience for us. It was a bit challenging for the receptionist, who was in a tight spot dealing with all our requests, but I truly admired how professionally and patiently she managed everything. Thank you to the lady at the front desk for handling it so well. What really impressed me most was how the staff followed the property rules systematically, which is admirable to see in London. Even with the tricky situation with our older family member, everything was managed smoothly and professionally. Overall, we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay, and we truly appreciated the staff’s professionalism and attention to detail. Highly recommend Chapter Lewisham for anyone looking for a clean, organized, and welcoming place to stay!

I’ve really enjoyed my time living at Chapter Lewisham. The accommodation is very comfortable and well maintained. The reception staff are always friendly, patient, and extremely helpful whenever I have questions or need assistance. I also appreciate the cleaning service and the breakfast service, which make daily life here much more convenient and enjoyable.

Kerry-Ann，Cristina、lvis、Anisa、mandy、mariya ，all of the frontier and staff here were nice and show their kindness to us，it helps the freshman and newcomer adoption speedly.By the way，The manager is always handsome amd neat for the feeling. Love all of stuff here！ especially kerry who is enjoying chips now！ （and Cristina ，the same name of the famous singer，non-stop her cleaning work，so Sad！but thats life！hhhh） Enjoy every moment here！

Staff is so nice and the place feels very safe :) there has been one problem with the door but they solved it in 2h top. There is a fitness and an a roof terrace just outside the game’s room. Really enjoyed my stay here !!
