Chapter Lewisham, London

Chapter Lewisham is a great place for students of Goldsmiths College, and Greenwich University. The halls are clean and reception is 24/7. Most of the staff are very courteous and friendly. You can get either a shared or private room. They call them suites but the private rooms are really just that - a room with an attached bathroom and a kitchenette. Still, it’s ideal for one person. The top floors give great views of Canary Wharf, which was a major highlight in choosing this place (please see the photos). Note though that Lewisham is not the safest of neighbourhoods but it’s not crazy either. The ASDA and the Lewisham stations are minutes walk from Chapter, making this a very convenient location. The common areas are air conditioned and heated - depending on the weather - and the gym is a great addition. All in all a great place. I enjoyed my time here.

Though we only stayed for one night, our experience at Chapter Lewisham was absolutely wonderful. The room was exceptionally clean, tidy, and comfortable, making it easy to relax and unwind. Everything felt well-maintained, and the attention to detail really stood out. We did face a few minor issues on our side with the travel agency regarding booking, as we had a family member under age who couldn’t stay with us. That was understandable, and these situations happen it was a learning experience for us. It was a bit challenging for the receptionist, who was in a tight spot dealing with all our requests, but I truly admired how professionally and patiently she managed everything. Thank you to the lady at the front desk for handling it so well. What really impressed me most was how the staff followed the property rules systematically, which is admirable to see in London. Even with the tricky situation with our older family member, everything was managed smoothly and professionally. Overall, we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay, and we truly appreciated the staff’s professionalism and attention to detail. Highly recommend Chapter Lewisham for anyone looking for a clean, organized, and welcoming place to stay!

A truly comfortable residence, just steps from the station and with all the necessary amenities. The rooms are clean and have everything you need for cooking. Thanks to the reception and housekeeping team (Kerry and Cristina) for their helpfulness. Thank you.

Staff is so nice and the place feels very safe :) there has been one problem with the door but they solved it in 2h top. There is a fitness and an a roof terrace just outside the game’s room. Really enjoyed my stay here !!

They are always working hard in the common areas and sometimes even helping with rooms when needed. They are kind, responsible, and very committed to keeping the residence clean and welcoming for students.
