Chapter Kings Cross, London

I had an excellent experience at Chapter Kings Cross. The location is outstanding, with easy access to public transportation and surrounded by great cafés, restaurants, and supermarkets, making everything incredibly convenient. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The property itself is beautiful, modern, and tastefully decorated. The facilities are excellent, offering everything needed for a comfortable stay. The rooms are well-designed, comfortable, and offer stunning views of the city. I would highly recommend Chapter Kings Cross to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable place in a fantastic location. I would definitely stay here again!

Firstly I would like to be clear that this is NOT a hotel. This is student halls! Independent living. These are self contained flats that you can stay in during summer break. This was exactly what I needed for my stay a bed & a shower. I was lucky enough to be placed on the 16th floor. The reception staff were amazing! So friendly. The room I had was a studio type with a small kitchenette. I did not use the microwave or hob but I did use the kettle and fridge. If I was to be overly critical the room was a bit dusty. The thermostat for the shower was temperamental but if you push the red button down and adjust the back dial it should help. Mine didn’t really but it was ok for me! I just needed a quick shower. There was also food left in the fridge from the previous tenant. These were small issues for me. Additionally the fire alarm went off for about 60 seconds twice during my stay. Overall satisfied. Location is amazing. As I say staff were great.

I recently visited Chapter King’s Cross and had a very positive experience. Initially, I stopped by to ask if I could use the toilet, and a member of staff named Zawdie kindly agreed without hesitation. While there, I commented on how beautiful and well-presented the reception area was, and asked if it would be possible to have a look around. Zawdie was extremely accommodating and took the time to show me the accommodation. The rooms were impressively clean, modern, and well-maintained, reflecting a high standard throughout the property. At the end of the tour, I was pleasantly surprised to be given a “dig in” bag, which was a thoughtful and generous touch. Overall, I found both the facilities and the customer service to be excellent, and I would highly recommend Chapter King’s Cross based on this experience.

Lovely place to stay if you are student! Overall community is cheerful and open to meet new people! Also receptionists are so kind and willing to help! Mention to Kaya, Andreea, Zawdie, Doreen! Thank you for the all the hard work to keep the place lovely. I am rebooking for next year for sure!
