Do You Need a Guarantor?

Most landlords and letting agents require a UK-based guarantor. Without one, you may be asked to pay your full year's rent upfront. To help students navigate this, we've partnered with Housing Hand, which can provide a recognised certificate of rental guarantee, giving both you and your landlord peace of mind.

It's worth knowing that several of our student halls don't require a UK-based guarantor at all, allowing students to pay rent in convenient instalments instead. To find out which properties qualify and how to get started, reach out to our team. We're happy to guide you through the booking process from start to finish.

Amazing location, amazing staff! I moved here not more than 2 weeks back, and have felt extremely comfortable throughout the process! The location is extremely convenient - A Tesco and an Asian store stones throw away, and the Acton underground line literally 2 mins walk. Easy connectivity to city and back. The staff has been most helpful and friendly since the first day. Any inquiries I have had, they have been instantly responsive. Thank you for that! Overall the Chapter Earling justifies its 5/5!

Living here has been such a wonderful experience! The accommodation truly feels like a home away from home. From the very first day, the staff has been incredibly friendly, approachable, and always willing to help — they really go out of their way to make sure everyone feels comfortable and settled. One of the best parts about staying here is the sense of community. The management regularly organizes fun events, social gatherings, and themed nights, which make it so easy to meet new people and connect with others from around the world. Whether it’s movie nights, festive celebrations, or just casual get-togethers, there’s always something happening that makes you feel included and part of a family. The facilities are great too — clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed for students. Everything from the common areas to the study spaces has a cozy, welcoming vibe. It’s the perfect balance between having your own personal space and being part of a lively, supportive community. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. It’s not just accommodation — it’s a whole experience filled with warmth, laughter, and amazing people. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, friendly, and homely environment!

I’ve been living in an ensuite at Chapter Ealing, and overall it’s been a really positive experience. The rooms are modern, clean, and well-maintained, with plenty of natural light. The ensuite bathroom is private and convenient, which makes a big difference in comfort. The communal areas are vibrant and well-equipped, and there’s always something happening that makes it easy to meet other students. The staff are approachable and helpful whenever you need assistance. Location-wise, it’s very convenient—close to local shops, restaurants, and transport links, which makes getting around London easy. Wi-Fi is reliable, and the study spaces are great if you need a quiet place to work.

I’ve really enjoyed my experience with Chapter Ealing so far! The team here is always welcoming and enthusiastic, especially when it comes to encouraging residents to join events. Their hospitality makes settling in so much easierand they’re always happy to help with any requests. One of my favourite experiences was the international event, where we got to explore different cultures and meet people from all over the world. It’s a great community with a lively and supportive atmosphere! Cooking was also easy with the induction stove provided and was very safe.

Chapter Ealing is a wonderful and cozy student accommodation, with so many festival activities that make all people in a closer relationship. I really have a good living experience with Chapter Ealing. The living is very convenient cause it’s very close to the tube station and there are so many supermarkets nearby. The staffs at reception are super warm and friendly, especially Malika, who is super kind with sweet smile everyday. I will definitely recommend my other friends to live here.
