I recently attended a viewing and was very impressed. The staff were exceptionally friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived. The environment itself is quiet, spacious, and bright, offering a comfortable and peaceful setting. The basic facilities are comprehensive and well-maintained, making it an ideal place for students to live. I would especially like to commend Sotana, who was incredibly kind and provided a thorough and detailed introduction. Her professionalism and warmth made the experience all the more enjoyable. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to any student looking for a pleasant and supportive living environment.

Took my son to Chapter Ealing on Good Friday and honestly, it made his day. The team — Malika, Sotana and Shabz — are just brilliant. So warm, friendly, and great with kids. They had an Easter egg hunt on for the residents, and he was lucky enough to join in — he was fully into it… running around reception, the gym, study areas, games room — everywhere 😂 He went home one very happy (and chocolate-loaded 🐣🍫) little boy. Really appreciate the effort you all put in to create such a fun, welcoming atmosphere — it really shows. Thank you!

One of the best student accommodation I’ve stayed in. The management team were pretty prompt when I needed my chair changed and the toilet fixed. Everything was done through an online system so you didn’t have to wait about. Roommates pretty nice too. Quiet and respectful and don’t get in each others way. Good pick if you don’t like hassle.

I’ve really enjoyed my experience with Chapter Ealing so far! The team here is always welcoming and enthusiastic, especially when it comes to encouraging residents to join events. Their hospitality makes settling in so much easierand they’re always happy to help with any requests. One of my favourite experiences was the international event, where we got to explore different cultures and meet people from all over the world. It’s a great community with a lively and supportive atmosphere! Cooking was also easy with the induction stove provided and was very safe.

Chapter Ealing is a wonderful and cozy student accommodation, with so many festival activities that make all people in a closer relationship. I really have a good living experience with Chapter Ealing. The living is very convenient cause it’s very close to the tube station and there are so many supermarkets nearby. The staffs at reception are super warm and friendly, especially Malika, who is super kind with sweet smile everyday. I will definitely recommend my other friends to live here.
