1. There is no openable window in any room , and ventilation is a big problem, some nights I even deal with breathing , I have to keep door open . And this is one of the major problem . And things they say on website they will provide are all big delusion. 1. Gym - no enough equipment’s . Only dumbles and cardio 3 machines . And one milti function equipment for upper body . Nothing for legs . And half of the quipmnets are in bad shape . 2. Free bicycle- nope never got one , almost 2 months we are staying here but they say bicycles are under maintenance from day one till date . 3. Free breakfast and coffee - yaa they provide this , but same breakfast every single day - 2 types of fruits one is always apple and other one is orange, grapes , melon or strawberries. Croissant, veg pattice , some times breads , some cheese slice which are of extreme poor quality , chocolate tools which are really good . And few more items but same everyday . Breakfast is of good quality if you can eat everyday same food . And coffee never refilled milk to get one . 4. Housekeeping they come once in 15 days . But if you aren’t in your room you missed it until another 15 days. And everytime I’m in college so… 5. Reception staff - some of them are really and helpful. 6. Couriers - are safe they have separate room for same so that you can collect later . 7. No windows to some rooms i mean non openable single closed glass with duct view . 8. Very compact rooms , even premium once . 9. And diffidence between lite , classic and premium rooms is a bit of space and window views . 10. Lights are too dull . 11. Hot water facility in every tap which is good . 12. If something is broken or need maintenance in your room , you will have to complain several times and the. Wait for another 1-2 weeks to solve the issue

Be careful, many of the positive reviews are misleading! This accommodation is truly terrible. Since the day I arrived, I’ve been dealing with countless issues. The room was unbearably hot because the windows are sealed shut and there’s no air conditioning. The shower drain was completely clogged with waste and filth, and mold is spreading under the bed and inside the cabinets. To make things worse, I found clothes and books from the previous tenant still in the room — clear evidence that it was never properly cleaned. The bed sheets were dirty, the pillows had yellow stains, and the oven was giving off a foul smell because it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Out of three lights in the room, some were not working while others were extremely dim — and they use rare bulbs that are difficult to find. I contacted customer service, but they told me they were not responsible for the condition of the room because I booked through a third party! For the price I paid for this studio, you can find far better, high-end accommodation in central Liverpool.

Love the upgraded facilities in the hub, last year the table football was not working but this year it seems like the old one has been replaced with a newer version which is great

Hi everyone, I want to express my complete dissatisfaction with my experience in Liverpool: the city, the Kaplan school, and the Vita accommodation. In October last year, I had the dream of doing an exchange program. My expectations were high. I thought I would make good friends, I thought the English course at Kaplan would be amazing, but in reality it is just a simple course following an outdated and boring methodology based only on a book. I honestly ask myself: what is the difference between doing an exchange program in Liverpool, supposedly the home of the English language, and taking a normal course in my own country? The answer is simple: none. People love to sell the idea that an exchange program is life-changing, but here it feels like everything revolves around going to pubs every day and pretending that life is perfect. Liverpool may look nice on the surface, but there is almost nothing to do besides pubs. Even my city back home, which is not famous at all, has more things to do than Liverpool. And the food. The food in Liverpool is terrible. I went to restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and everything tastes awful. I come from a place where food has flavor, emotion, and meaning. Here, nothing tastes like anything. The ice cream does not taste like ice cream. The fruit does not taste like fruit. The meat does not taste like meat. I honestly do not understand how people convince themselves they are living some sort of English dream when all of this feels like nothing but a carefully packaged illusion made to impress foreigners. Now, the only positive point: traveling to other countries for cheap. Where I come from, traveling to Europe is extremely expensive. Sometimes you cannot even visit a nearby city. So yes, cheap travel was the only good thing in my entire experience. Now about Vita, which they claim is the best accommodation in Liverpool. In my country, not even a dog would stay in a place like Vita. The bathroom smelled disgusting, the odor coming straight from the drain. The windows were broken and did not close properly. There was no hot water available all day. I was freezing inside my own room. I got sick, I had a fever, and the room was horrible. And it was not only my room. Everyone I talked to had some kind of complaint. And the bed and pillow do not even deserve comments because they were simply unacceptable. So to sum it all up: my experience in Liverpool, with the city itself, the Kaplan school, and the Vita accommodation, was terrible. I would not recommend it to anyone, not even to my worst enemy. I understand that some people say they are having a great experience, but do not fool yourself. Your life in your own country is much better than whatever illusion Liverpool is selling you. Stop pretending everything here is wonderful, because it is not. Instagram does not show the full reality. This was my experience. If you are planning to come here, take this as a warning: do not build expectations around a dream that simply does not exist.

Not so good so far , WiFi sucks , dosent work on Tv nor on laptop , too slow . No WiFi connection in basement study rooms . Kitchen hot water tap is legit boiling hot . Electric stove /Inductions heats too low , it takes 10 mins just to heat the pan . No drainage hole under commode and basin , so if you spill water it’s gonna stay there , and + there housekeeping lady threatened me to send notice and complain about about me if she sees any water spilled under basin . And trust me it spills as basins are small in size and tap are too short . No windows no ventilation , it’s hot in my room even though temperature out side right now is 3-4 deg. No sufficient lights in the room , rooms are too dark even after all the lights are on . Breakfast is same everyday, and you will get to see more empty trays and food even after 7:15 and yaa breakfast starts at 7 . No cycles available , got none to use from last 3 months and if u ask they will reply with it’s under maintenance . Gym very very few equipment’s . Few rooms don’t have wardrobe shutters . No ventilation in washroom, it’s suffocating while taking shower because of hot water steams which makes it worst you have to open door at least once while taking shower The good things are staff is friendly , room color is sober , got good clean room . Community space is good . Parties every alternate week are amazing . Few facilities at this price are good . My room layout is okiesh . Switchboards are plenty . You get housekeeping once in every 15 days . Coffee is available all the time , and hot chocolate too . Few times staff members do try to resolve issue in few days. Mattress bed size is good not ideal for twin sharing . Provides 2 chairs and breakfast table which is helpful . Plenty of storage is available .
