My daughter signed up to Haigh Court and it was amazing! The staff were incredible especially Hayley Byrne who went way above her duty to sort out a very delicate situation. I will be forever thankful

Do You Need a Guarantor?
Most landlords and letting agents require a UK-based guarantor. Without one, you may be asked to pay your full year's rent upfront. To help students navigate this, we've partnered with Housing Hand, which can provide a recognised certificate of rental guarantee, giving both you and your landlord peace of mind.
It's worth knowing that several of our student halls don't require a UK-based guarantor at all, allowing students to pay rent in convenient instalments instead. To find out which properties qualify and how to get started, reach out to our team. We're happy to guide you through the booking process from start to finish.

Booked my room at Haigh Court for next year after coming for a viewing and I'm really glad I did. The place looked even better in person, everything was really clean and the rooms were a good size. The staff were lovely and made the whole booking process really easy. They answered all my questions without making me feel rushed, which definitely helped me make my mind up. Haven't moved in yet but I'm already excited to live here. Definitely a good first impression.

Great student accommodation, I've been here nearly 4 years now and I couldn't recommend a more convenient place to live as student, everything is within a short walking distance including my university.

Really happy with Haigh Court accommodation. The rooms are a really good size, much bigger than we expected, and everything was always kept clean and tidy. The staff were lovely — really friendly and helpful whenever we had any questions. As parents, it gave us peace of mind knowing our daughter was in a safe, well looked after place. Overall a great experience and we’d happily recommend it to others
